Overview
The Project at a Glance
A compact galley kitchen opened into a bright modern-farmhouse hub with a large island, farmhouse sink and custom shaker cabinetry.
The Challenge

A load-bearing wall separated the kitchen from the living area, limiting flow and natural light.
Our Solution
How We Delivered
We engineered a flush beam to remove the wall and designed a 9-foot waterfall island as the new centrepiece, seating four comfortably.
Scope of Work
What Was Included
- Structural beam install
- Custom shaker cabinetry
- Quartz countertops and backsplash
- Full appliance package
- Hardwired lighting plan
- New plumbing and gas lines
