FAQ
Financing Questions
Is there any interest or fee for HiTech milestone payments?+
No. Milestone payments and scheduled draws paid directly to HiTech carry no interest and no admin fees — you only pay for the renovation itself.
Do you run a credit check?+
Not for our in-house milestone payments. If you choose third-party financing, the lender you select may run a soft or hard credit check — we only make the introduction.
Can I combine plans?+
Yes. Many clients cover the deposit from savings and finance the remaining draws. We will help you structure what works best.
How much is the deposit?+
A standard deposit is 10–20% depending on project size. The exact amount is written clearly in your fixed-price contract.
What happens if the scope changes mid-project?+
Any scope change is captured in a signed change order with a price and timeline update — so your plan stays accurate.
Let's Build A Plan That Fits
Third-party financing terms, approvals and rates are set by the lender you select. HiTech Renovations is a referral partner only and does not offer or administer loans directly.
