An unfinished 1,100 sq ft basement reimagined as a warm family lounge with a wet bar, cozy seating area and a legal three-piece bathroom.
The Challenge
What We Were Solving
Low ceilings, exposed mechanicals and limited natural light. The family wanted a cozy entertaining space without feeling boxed in.
Our Solution
How We Delivered
We dropped soffits strategically, used light-reflective finishes, added recessed lighting zones and built a custom wet bar with quartz countertop as the room centrepiece.
